Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We closed our doors due to COVID-19 in 2021. Everything is online now. We cannot accept in-person visits due to lack of public insurance.
Why are you using stock (brand) images?
We are a small company. Only the large companies can afford their own model shoots. The rest of us have to make do with stock images. Customer photos are available (where possible) upon request.
Can I try dresses on?
Yes. We offer a try-at-home service. Customers are limited to 3 dresses each, and return postage costs are paid by the customer.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Customers have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return. This excludes all made-to-measure and customized items.
How long does it take?
Dress orders take 4-6 weeks to make and deliver.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, we can accept rush orders. An extra charge of £50 applies, and completion time is 14 days.
Can my dress be customised?
Yes. We offer full customization for each item. We also offer a mix 'n' match service with NO extra charges.
